A 13th century Mallorcan farmhouse with a high historical value, where we have sought to preserve all the structure, distribution and traditional elements to combine them with modernist trends, giving the possibility to those present to feel in a historic site in the midst of modern times.

The re-adaptation of traditional wood-burning ovens, power oil mills and social fireplaces, among others, in addition to the characteristics of stone, wood and natural plaster, give the space a great singularity, taking it back to the origins of Mediterranean architecture.
